Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and replacements only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The wrong size was delivered compared to the size ordered.
To qualify, the issue must be reported within the timeframe mentioned below and supported with clear photographs.
Return Request Timeframe
All return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a request, please email:
Include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Requests submitted after the reporting window may not be eligible for approval.
Size-Related Issues
Please carefully review our Size Guide before placing an order.
As all HIMDRA products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Preference for a different fit
However, if the delivered size differs from the size ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- An incorrect product
- An incorrect size due to our error
We will review the submitted evidence and, if approved, provide one of the following:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund
The resolution method will be determined based on the specific situation and product availability.
Refund Process
Once your claim has been approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 Business Days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Shipping fees, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Exchange Policy
We currently provide exchanges only when:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The wrong size was delivered by us.
- The product is damaged.
- The product is defective.
All exchanges are subject to verification and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Products ordered in the wrong size by the customer
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
- Products returned without sufficient proof of defect or damage
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
If the Issue Is Our Fault
For:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect products
- Incorrect sizes delivered by us
HIMDRA will bear all applicable return or replacement costs.
If the Issue Is Not Our Fault
For:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Returns and exchanges are not eligible under this policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter production.
Since our products are made to order, cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, contact:

Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect shipping information
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
