Every HIMDRA product is made to order. This helps us reduce waste and create products intentionally rather than mass-producing inventory.
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
All HIMDRA products are manufactured after an order is placed.
Orders typically require:
- 2–5 Business Days for production and processing
- Additional time for shipping and delivery
Processing times may vary during:
- New collection launches
- Holiday seasons
- High order volume periods
- Unexpected operational delays
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India.
Delivery availability depends on the coverage area of our logistics partners.
At this time, HIMDRA does not offer international shipping.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners integrated with our fulfillment network.
Available shipping options may vary based on your delivery location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) availability may vary depending on serviceability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any free shipping offers, promotional shipping discounts, or minimum order thresholds will be clearly communicated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment creation.
Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor their shipment status.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Public holidays
- Courier network disruptions
- Natural disasters
- High shipping volumes
- Government restrictions
- Remote delivery locations
HIMDRA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery-related concerns whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If incorrect information is provided, including:
- Address
- Phone number
- PIN code
delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges may occur.
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping information after placing an order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address information
- Refusal to accept delivery
the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment center.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
If your package:
- Arrives damaged
- Appears tampered with
- Is missing items
- Is marked delivered but not received
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification.
Include:
- Order number
- Photographs (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
We will investigate the matter with our fulfillment and courier partners and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once a product enters production, cancellation requests may no longer be possible because all HIMDRA products are made to order.
